The cost is £25 per\nperson (with optional tea & coffee an additional £4 each). A deposit has been paid to secure\nthe venue and to make this successful\, we need an idea of the numbers who would like to\ncome and are able to commit well in advance. To book places\, a deposit of £10 per head is\nrequested asap. The remaining cost is required 2 weeks prior to the event.
